More paint and collage, which seems to be my modus operandi for this book. The ginkgo leaf, which symbolizes eternity, is actually made of that paper cording. Just unroll one side of it, fan it out like a leaf, and cut a notch in the center like a ginkgo. Voila! Ginkgo that doesn't ever go away. |
