Painted background and tiny envelopes made from a hand-drawn template, cut from japanese washi paper and glued down with a plain ol' glu-stick. Inside are listed items: your eyes, your hands, etc.
I've got this thing with interactivity. I'm teaching classes on adding interactivity to your altered books, in fact. I think it comes from years of working on the web and having that kind of user involvement.
